My experience in real estate is extensive as a California licensed Realtor for over 45 years, since 1977 working with Home/Investment owners including decades/years of Trust/Probate, REO Acquisition/Disposition and Short-Sale Process/Negotiations. Years I have enjoyed with great passion.
