About Thomas Applegate

My experience in real estate is extensive as a California licensed Realtor for over 45 years, since 1977 working with Home/Investment owners including decades/years of Trust/Probate, REO Acquisition/Disposition and Short-Sale Process/Negotiations. Years I have enjoyed with great passion. Experienced and Knowledgeable: With real working experience with many types of property sales in various types of neighborhoods working with Tenant Issues-Pre-foreclosure’s-HOA’S-Distressed, Properties-Historic, Districts-Code Violations and the understanding of Probate/Trusts and Divorce situations all help make the sales process appear seamless without many of the problems others may have.
